Demolition Project Supervisor
Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor day to day operations on site for all matters related to the agreed scope of work
- Working alongside with Project Managers and the Safety Director to ensure project is running within budget and safely.
- Clear understanding of plans, schedules and drawings and the ability to adapt in the use of construction program software
- Coordination of multiple demolition employees
- Evaluation of the need for labor to ensure the project is performed in a timely manner
- Ability to operate heavy demolition equipment and mechanical demolition tools
- Focus in creating a safe environment
- Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws
- Comply with client requests
- Maintain equipment, clean equipment post-operation
Education
- First Aid/CPR certification
- OSHA 30 Hour Training
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Asbestos Awareness Certification
- Certified to operate Aerial and Scissor Lifts is a PLUS
Sterilization Technician
Responsibilities & Duties
- Utilize provided Sterilization Equipment to sterilize project environment
- Work in team environments
- Pre-operation testing and post-operation testing and sampling of surface
- Cleanup and proper disposal of contaminated materials
- Focus in creating a safe environment
- Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws
- Comply with client requests
- Maintain equipment, clean equipment post-operation
- Understanding of underlying technologies powering sterilization equipment
Education
- First Aid/CPR certification
- OSHA 30 Hour Training
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must be trained and equipped with a thorough understanding of the equipment, technology, application process, use of testing equipment
