Ground broken for Titan Student Union expansion

Cal State Fullerton community members and leaders gathered on Sept. 16 for the ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony of the Titan Student Union expansion project.

Ceremony attendees and speakers included CSUF President Mildred García, Vice President for Student Affairs Berenecea Johnson Eanes and Associated Students Inc. President Michael Badal.

The $20 million TSU expansion project received approval by the CSU Board of Trustees in March; demolition began in July.

The project, which will add about 27,000 square feet to the TSU, is expected to be completed in spring 2017.
